Is Ecowaa Leak free?

Definitely!!! Just don’t completely fill it to the top. If you do, the excess water will leak out and then it will not leak.

Do you have to unscrew the cap to drink from the bottle?

Yes.

Is Ecowaa dishwasher safe?

No. It is not safe in a dishwasher since it is made from metal. It is highly recommended to hand wash it.

Can you drink directly from the bottle?

Yes! of course, you can.

What beverages can I use?

From piping hot coffee, tea to icy cold water or juices – all your favorite beverages can be carried around at original temperatures with ease.

Where is Ecowaa made?

Ecowaa is carefully made in China.

Is Ecowaa Microwave safe?

No…. It’s not. It’s made from 100% stainless steel; so it’s not good to use in the microwave.

Can I drink both hot and cold beverages from my Ecowaa?

Absolutely, Ecowaa is made from double wall, vacuum sealed to avoid sweating and preserves the temperature of your beverage for longer whether it is hot or cold.

Is Ecowaa BPA Free?

Yes, Ecowaa is BPA free and toxin free.

How long does the beverage stay hot or cold?

Hot beverages stays hot for 12 hours.
Cold beverage stays cold for 24 hours.

Where should I use Ecowaa?

Ecowaa is ideal for everyday use, workplace, outdoor activities & camping; travelling etc.

Taking Care of Ecowaa Bottle

Ecowaa water bottles are not your standard water bottles. They are extremely long-lasting, but finely designed work of art. Take care of it by rinsing in warm soapy water. With proper caring and handling, you will be drinking your cherished drink from this bottle for many years to come.

How much does shipping cost?

 

 

North Island

  • Standard Delivery 1-2 working from despatch confirmation.
  • Free Shipping for orders over $40.
  • $4.88 for orders under $40.

South Island

  • Standard Delivery 2 working days from despatch confirmation.
  • $11.39 for orders under $40.
  • Free Shipping for orders over $40.

Rest of the World:$ Shipping cost is usually calculated at the checkout.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your desired destination. However, the delivery time can be varied depending on your delivery destination.

How Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us immediately if you require your order to be either cancelled or changed. Our orders are processed and shipped very fast. We cannot make any changes after our warehouse has processed your order.

Please be advised: any orders that have been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 10 days after your bottle has been delivered.

Please note: You must show a proof of purchase for any returns requested.

We can issue a full refund as long as Ecowaa Bottle(s) has not been used and the item has been received by us.

If you wish for a refund, you must cover the delivery cost of the return, as we do not offer free returns. Ecowaa is not responsible for any returns that are lost by the courier company. We highly recommend that you choose ‘asks for a signature from the person’ option for accepting your return when shipping the return to us.

Please make sure that all returns are sellable condition.

 

 

 

The item I have received is not the Item I have ordered...

As long as the delivered product is in perfect condition and unopened, we are happy to either replace the bottle or give a full refund. Please contact us to return the item.
