We accept returns up to 10 days after your bottle has been delivered.

Please note: You must show a proof of purchase for any returns requested.

We can issue a full refund as long as Ecowaa Bottle(s) has not been used and the item has been received by us.

If you wish for a refund, you must cover the delivery cost of the return, as we do not offer free returns. Ecowaa is not responsible for any returns that are lost by the courier company. We highly recommend that you choose ‘asks for a signature from the person’ option for accepting your return when shipping the return to us.

Please make sure that all returns are sellable condition.

The bottle(s) I have received are not the bottle I ordered

As long as the delivered product is in perfect condition and unopened, we are happy to either replace the bottle or give a full refund. Please contact us to return the item. leo.
